4. Repair Shop Listings

• Repair shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and service offerings.
• FixHub does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed shops.
• Shops must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our community standards.

5. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings made through FixHub are agreements between the customer and the repair shop.
• FixHub is not responsible for disputes arising from bookings, including pricing disagreements or service quality issues.
• Any deposits or payments processed through the platform are subject to the individual shop's refund policy.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews for repair shops they have used. By submitting a review, you confirm that:

• The review is based on your genuine experience.
• The review does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading information.
• You grant FixHub the right to display and use your review on the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or repair shop owners.
• Use automated bots or scrapers without our written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FixHub, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of FixHub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

FixHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
